RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love everything you order from Worimelaxa. If something is not quite right, you can return it easily. This page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, received the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last parcel.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email to info@worimelaxa.com. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14 day period has expired.

Condition of Returned Items

To make your return as smooth as possible, please send items back:

Unworn, unwashed and free of any odours such as perfume or smoke
With all original labels and tags still attached
In their original packaging where possible

You may handle and try on items in the way you would in a shop. If an item shows signs of wear or use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit, we may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as earrings and certain accessories cannot be returned once the seal has been removed after delivery. Items made to your personal specifications are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us. Send an email to info@worimelaxa.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Step 2: Receive instructions. We will reply with the return address and everything else you need to know.

Step 3: Pack your return. Pack the items securely and include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Send the parcel. Ship your return within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

Please send a separate return for each order.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning items is paid by you, unless the item you received is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. In that case, we will cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will confirm by email. We will refund all payments received from you for the returned items, including the original standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. If you chose Insured Express Shipping, we will refund the cost of standard delivery only, as the express option was an extra service you selected.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first.

Refunds are always made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Just contact us at info@worimelaxa.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. If it is in stock, we will gladly arrange an exchange for you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@worimelaxa.com with your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
