1. About Us and Scope

The online store Worimelaxa is operated by EREN-25 SRL, a Belgian private limited company with its registered office at Rue Raphaël 13, 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium, registered under enterprise number 1018.172.475 ("Worimelaxa", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service apply to all use of our website and to all orders placed through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Our store is intended for consumers aged 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you are using the store with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and Information

We sell women's clothing and accessories. We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and small variations in measurements can occur.

Occasionally, our website may contain errors in product descriptions, prices, availability or delivery times. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before taking any further steps.

3. Placing an Order and Contract Formation

The products shown in our store are not a binding offer, but an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at the end of checkout, you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This email does not yet mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we send you a separate shipping confirmation or ship your items, whichever comes first.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full immediately.

Contracts are concluded in English.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering. Your payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in Germany only. You can choose between free standard shipping (4 to 5 business days) and insured express shipping for €2.95 (3 to 5 business days). Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to you or to a person named by you.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Full details, including how to return items and how refunds work, can be found in our Returns and Refunds policy.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@worimelaxa.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

8. Your Account

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect someone else is using your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these terms.

9. Reviews, Comments and Feedback

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas or other content, you agree that we may use, edit and publish it in any medium without obligation to pay for it or keep it confidential. You confirm that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights and does not contain anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, or any harmful code.

10. Prohibited Use

When using our website, you must not:

We work hard to keep our website running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or interrupt the website at any time, for example for maintenance or updates.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live. As a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
